A PWA option is part of the build — homescreen on a phone without an App Store project.

Two paths on one page: a single-vendor shop (catalogue, checkout, no card data on our servers) or a multivendor marketplace (onboarding, fees, moderation, payouts). Pick the path that matches the brief — we will not sell you a marketplace theme for a one-brand shop.
01The usual mess
Trade buyers need search, spec and a checkout that does not invent VAT — and never stores full card numbers on your server. Vendors, commissions, approvals, disputes and payouts are a different job.
This page covers both paths: a single-vendor shop, or a multivendor marketplace. ERP for your own stock and finance is a different page. ThemeForest parents we licence sit under Templates.
02Paths
Same studio, same checkout discipline — different shape of work. Pick the path that matches the brief before we quote.
Your catalogue, your brand, Stripe-first checkout. CSV load, no card data on our servers. From £12,000.
Shop pricingMany sellers, one till — onboarding, fees, moderation and payouts. Two sellers on staging before go-live. From £18,000.
Marketplace pricing03What we do
Path A — single-vendor shop: Stripe first for cards and subscriptions. We also connect Upsum, PayPal, Square, Worldpay, Mollie and Adyen when that is what you already run. Direct debit goes through GoCardless when that model fits. We seed placeholder products, then load your CSV plus image URLs. Scraping a supplier site is a bad default.
Path B — multivendor marketplace: vendor onboarding, fees and moderation before the customer homepage. Staging includes at least two seller accounts so the ugly paths show up early. Payouts and tax get a human pass.
Platforms we ship do not store full PANs. At most last-four via the processor API. Retention and destruction follow an agreed window — GDPR, not vibes.
PWA option included — installable on phones without a native app store build
Start with the pages you need; expand later without a rewrite
Add-ons: client portal, admin/CMS, or both cheaper together
No Apple or Android native apps as a product line — App Store only when you specifically need it; some PWAs can be wrapped for submission

04How the job runs
One brand or many sellers? Fees, who may buy, Stripe vs other processors, insurance.
Shop: CSV columns, image URLs, search. Marketplace: onboarding, catalogue policy, dispute paths.
Shop: staging with placeholders then your CSV. Marketplace: two sellers on staging. Real processor in test mode.
Tax, confirmation, PCI posture — and payouts if sellers are in the brief. Retention noted. Care or Retained Service when the range or vendor list grows.
05Who it is for
Merchants who need one shop — or operators who need many sellers on one platform. Not a ten-page brochure and not an ERP.
B2B and trade catalogues
Retail with a real basket
Multivendor retail platforms
Local maker or trade marketplaces
Wholesale ranges that outgrew a PDF
Rebuilds of shops or marketplaces that lost trust
06What changes
A PWA option is part of the build — homescreen on a phone without an App Store project.
Useful when the campaign will run for weeks and people come back from a bookmark.
Start with the pages you need. Add more later without throwing the first version away.
Template reuse keeps the shell; you pay for the new offer, not a redesign.
Client portal, admin CMS, or both cheaper together — quoted as add-ons, not a surprise.
Only when editors actually need it. Most landers do not.

Retained Service
One-off engagements are fair on their own — and they add up. A monthly retainer unlocks named capacity across Build, Growth and Care for less than stacking those services as separate projects.
Fixed for the agreed path once discovery is done. Most shops land between £12,000 and £32,000; most marketplaces between £18,000 and £45,000. Catalogue refresh assumes we already built the till. Processor and GoCardless fees are theirs. Excludes VAT.
