Milestone & Flexi-Pay Terms
Standard 40/30/30 terms or Flexi-Pay across 12–24 monthly instalments. Full IPR transferred on final payment; live usage licence granted upon launch.
Pilots are fixed for the agreed scope once discovery is done. Monthly runs are rolling, cancel with 30 days’ notice. Model and API usage is passed through at cost. Excludes VAT.
