01The usual mess

Spreadsheets are not an operations system.

Orders in one place, stock in another, invoices in a third. The public website is fine. The back office is where the money leaks.

ERP here means we install and configure custom ops systems on site — warehouses, suppliers, ordering, dispatch and invoicing — often on open-source packs we already list under Templates. A working prototype is typically one to two weeks by complexity.

We map warehouse, supplier, order, dispatch and invoice flows — and who may see what — before we customise a screen. If an open-source pack fits, we say so and price the implementation — not a fake “we wrote ERP”.

Expect a working prototype in about one to two weeks depending on complexity, then harden roles, migrations and go-live.

It’s cheaper to partner up.

One-off engagements are fair on their own — and they add up. A monthly retainer unlocks named capacity across Build, Growth and Care for less than stacking those services as separate projects.

Fixed for the agreed modules once discovery is done. Prototypes often land £6,500–£12,000; full implementations £16,000–£48,000. Module add-ons assume we already built the core. Template packs billed separately when licensed. Excludes VAT.
