Full-stack engineers

Reviewers who read the code, the data model and the paths a customer can touch — before anything goes live.

UK residency and right to work as a freelancer, sole trader or LTD are required. Applications outside the UK are not accepted.

How we vet the UK pool

Client trust is built on a clear bar. Five checks before anyone is matched to a brief.

UK Identity & Right to Work Verification

Every contractor passes identity verification, UK residential address check, and confirmation of UK sole trader or UK LTD registration.

Skills assessment

Technical roles complete practical code-reading and AI prompting evaluations; creative/growth roles submit verified portfolio case studies.

Client NDA & Data Security

All network members execute binding client confidentiality agreements (NDAs) and adhere to strict GDPR and data hygiene protocols.

Code review

Builders are paired with engineers who read the commits — architecture, security and performance included.

Sprint audit

Every milestone is rated for speed, accuracy and communication, so the pool stays accountable.
