Milestone & Flexi-Pay Terms
Standard 40/30/30 terms or Flexi-Pay across 12–24 monthly instalments. Full IPR transferred on final payment; live usage licence granted upon launch.
Foundations is fixed for the agreed scope. Retainers are rolling monthly, cancel with 30 days’ notice. Ad spend and third-party tool licences are passed through at cost. Excludes VAT.
