We work Swiss-grid and calm: clear hierarchy, purposeful type, one job per section. No card soup in the hero. No purple-gradient theatre. Brand-first where it matters; quiet elsewhere.

Design sits beside engineering in the same team. Specs map to components. States are explicit — default, hover, focus, disabled, empty. Layouts are planned so CLS does not punish users when content loads.
