Nextcloud is files, calendars and sharing on a server you control. It is not Dropbox with a new logo. It is also not a public website.
Nextcloud GmbH wrote it. We install it, put TLS in front, and give you users. Desktop and phone clients are upstream’s.
03The stack
We stand it up. You own the data.
Office editing is a different row (Collabora / ONLYOFFICE). Do not assume “Nextcloud” includes a Word clone until we quote it.
If you need a DAM for a studio, Immich or a proper DAM may fit better. Nextcloud is collaboration files, not a public photo site.
