01The delivered site

Delivered layout.

The layout we shipped for this project — desktop first, with a phone view where we have one.

02The brief

The business looked credible offline, not online.

What we were hired to fix

Riverside Window Cleaning needed a small website that did one commercial job: local quote requests. Local cleaning site with service areas, testimonials, and quick quote CTA.

The constraint was not “more pages”. It was a trade audience who would leave if the next step was vague. We treated that as the brief, not a later optimisation.

We shipped a finished small website — copy, layout and conversion path — so the team could run local quote requests from a URL they own.

03What we delivered

A compact site people can actually use.

We built Riverside Window Cleaning as delivered work, not a concept. Structure, proof and the local quote requests path were designed together, then implemented as a maintainable front end.

Every block on the page has a job: explain the offer, show evidence, and move a real person to local quote requests. If it did not do that, it did not ship.

  1. 01

Map the pages that earn their keep.

Home, services, proof, contact — no CMS maze. Each page has a job and a way back to an enquiry.

  2. 02

    Local trust on the surface.

Areas served, reviews, prices where they help, and photography that matches the trade.

  3. 03

Put the call path in the header.

Phone, quote and visit CTAs stay visible. The site is a receptionist, not a brochure rack.

  4. 04

Hand over something they can keep.

Copy and images sit where a busy owner can update them without a rebuild every quarter.

04Outcomes

What good looked like.

A conversion path that is obvious.

Visitors can complete local quote requests without a sitemap. The action sits where the offer is.

A site that looks like the business.

Riverside Window Cleaning reads as a trade small website — not a reused template with the logo swapped.

A build they can keep running.

The same structure takes a new offer, SKU or workflow without starting again.

Next step

A small site should be clear, current and conversion-ready from day one.

A short call with the person who would run it — not a sales script.
