Electrician packages — fixed-price jobs, areas served, and a quote form. We delivered the services website as a live conversion surface for package enquiries.

01The delivered site

Delivered layout.

The layout we shipped for this project — desktop first, with a phone view where we have one.

02The brief

The offer was explained. It was not sold.

What we were hired to fix

Northgate Trades needed a services website that did one commercial job: package enquiries. Electrician packages — fixed-price jobs, areas served, and a quote form.

The constraint was not “more pages”. It was a trade audience who would leave if the next step was vague. We treated that as the brief, not a later optimisation.

We shipped a finished services website — copy, layout and conversion path — so the team could run package enquiries from a URL they own.

03What we delivered

Packages, paths and a booking that actually happens.

We built Northgate Trades as delivered work, not a concept. Structure, proof and the package enquiries path were designed together, then implemented as a maintainable front end.

Every block on the page has a job: explain the offer, show evidence, and move a real person to package enquiries. If it did not do that, it did not ship.

  1. 01

    Split the audience.

Parents, patients, trade buyers or partners each get a door. One homepage does not try to be all of them.

  2. 02

    Price the work in public.

Tiers, sessions and fixed jobs with GBP on the card — so the quote form is a confirmation, not a first contact.

  3. 03

Wire the decision to a booking.

Slots, discovery calls or quote forms sit next to the offer, not three clicks later in a buried contact page.

  4. 04

    Leave room to add services.

New packages slot into the same grid without a redesign when the firm grows.

04Outcomes

What good looked like.

A conversion path that is obvious.

Visitors can complete package enquiries without a sitemap. The action sits where the offer is.

A site that looks like the business.

Northgate Trades reads as a trade services website — not a reused template with the logo swapped.

A build they can keep running.

The same structure takes a new offer, SKU or workflow without starting again.

Next step

Service websites perform best when the offer is obvious and the next step is frictionless.

A short call with the person who would run it — not a sales script.
