02What it is
A spreadsheet is not a product.
A custom app starts with who is allowed to see a row. Everything else — screens, colours, “can we have an app” — waits on that drawing. If you cannot sketch the data on one page, we start there, not in Figma.
This is not a Base44 pack and not an open-source install. It is a quoted build: roles, the ugly paths, staging you can click, a named lead. Same discipline as Web Apps on Services, sold here so people shopping templates can see the other door.

Base44 when it fits. Otherwise the stack that does — often Node, often a boring database, never a surprise framework because a tutorial looked new.
We will not take a brief that is “Uber for X” with no operator, no data, and a hope that AI will invent the product. We will also not clone a SaaS you cannot licence.
If a template in this shop already does 80% of the job, we will say so and sell you that instead. The quote is for the remaining 20% plus the data model, not for theatre.
Hosting, TLS, backups, and a login for you sit on the managed plan if you want us to run it. The build fee is the build. Ops is ops.
