01The session

Whatever is actually costing you money.

Most people arrive with one urgent thing and a queue behind it. We work through the queue in the order that matters, not the order it arrived.

Typical sessions

  • 01Architecture review — where the current design will bend and where it will break
  • 02AI tooling setup, and an honest view of which parts of your workflow it will not help
  • 03Release discipline: environments, migrations, rollback, what “done” means
  • 04Reviewing a supplier proposal or a candidate technical plan
  • 05Hiring questions — what to test for, and what a good answer sounds like
  • 06The uncomfortable one: what to stop doing

Who it is for

  • Technical leads who are accountable but have nobody to think out loud with
  • Founders holding architecture decisions they cannot sanity-check internally
  • Anyone being sold to by a vendor and unsure how hard to push back
  • Engineers stepping up into a lead role for the first time

Book a single session, or a block if you want a cadence.

Most chosen

Single session

£195

per session

One hour on whatever is actually blocking you.

  • AI tooling setup and workflow

  • Written summary afterwards

Block of six

£165

per session, billed as £990

A fortnightly or monthly cadence, at a reduced rate.

  • Everything in a single session
  • Continuity — no re-explaining context
  • Progress tracked between sessions
  • Valid for twelve months

No package required — a single slot is fine. All prices exclude VAT.

03

Why one-to-one.

Some questions are difficult to ask in front of a team. Whether the architecture you committed to six months ago is holding up. Whether the release process everyone praises is actually just you working weekends. Whether you are being sold something by a vendor.

Coaching is a standing slot with an engineer who has no stake in the internal politics and no product to upsell you.

04

A typical first session.

The first hour is mostly you talking. We want the current shape of the system, the last three incidents, and what you are dreading.

You leave with a written summary: what we agreed is urgent, what is merely annoying, and a small number of next actions with an order. Not a strategy deck.

05

Finding a cadence.

Fortnightly works for most people — long enough to have done something between sessions, short enough that a bad decision gets caught. Monthly is fine once things are calm.

Weekly usually means we should be doing delivery work instead, and we will tell you so rather than sell you twelve more sessions.
